Interior designer
Laura Lee Clark contacted Brad Oldham to design and manufacture
all the hardware for a couple’s new home, based on a
photograph of a French door. Oldham was tasked to combine
French provincial history with a griffin motif to create a
unique castle feel via his hardware designs. Each piece was
created specifically for its use and installation. In some
pieces, Oldham incorporated a family crest he developed for
the home. In the tiles outside the media room, each tile was
hand-sculpted, then created in bronze to tell a story of mystery
and intrigue unique to the home.
Oldham’s work is used daily by those who
live in and visit this home.
